Rudy Giuliani "went to bat for the Yanks, and look what he scored." I wasn't planning on supporting Giuliani as a presidential candidate anyway, but this article really sealed the deal.
Sports Illustrated conducted a players poll to determine the friendliest and least friendly players in the Major Leagues. David Ortiz made the list (no surprise) as did three other members of the 2004 Red Sox -- Dave Roberts, Kevin Millar and Johnny Damon. 4% of the players polled voted for Curt Schilling as the "least friendly player in baseball."
